Yoga Nidra and

Sound Journey

A deeply relaxing journey into Alpha and Theta brainwaves - the states of meditation and dreaming. Beginning with some gentle mobilising and releasing yoga shapes to prepare the body for rest, we will find a comfortable position and enter into a longer guided meditation and sound journey centered around crystal singing bowls and yoga nidra. Emerging back to wakefulness in a soft way, participants will be invited to ground, through sharing some light refreshments and discussing their experience.

Embodied Expression

We live in a world driven by social and political systems which often suppress our natural humanimal nature. To express ourselves, be vulnerable, or deeply connective, can often be viewed as weird or unprofessional...but we need this to remain emotionally attuned and healthy. The opposite of 'depression', in this case, might actually be 'expression'. If you want to explore a body-moving, sound-making, people connecting, creative process that allows you to be you - this is a great workshop in which to do it.
